¿Adiós al Internet en Puerto Rico?
No lo digo yo, lo dice una nota que leí en los diarios. ¡Cosa absurda!
Según esto hace dos años Puerto Rico estaba a nivel de España y Chile en el porcentaje de población conectada a Internet, pero ahora... estamos muy por debajo de esas expectativas haciéndole compañía Costa Rica y República Dominicana.
Mientras que los países avanzados tienen una tasa de crecimiento en este rubro de 60%, la pequeña isla ahora apenas alcanza una tasa de anual del uso de ese medio masivo es de 4.25%.
¿Que sucederá, habrá menos dinero para conecrtividad o menos dinero para comprar computadoras?
